Hi! I have an unfurnished bedroom available to sublet in my cute furnished apartment in the heart of SoHo. August 1, 2022 move in, and a July 31, 2023 move out. Cozy unfurnished room available in the heart of SoHo (1BR in a 2BR/1BA, second floor walk up). Washer/dryer and private deck, utilities split between the two (Internet, Con Ed, security system). Sorry, no pets, smokers, or couples. The room that will be available has one street facing window, an exposed brick wall, and radiator. Bedroom can fit a queen, but better fits a full. It also has a closet, can fit a small nightstand and dresser or desk.

Cross streets are Prince and Houston. Two blocks from the Spring St. C/E train and Trader Joe's. Four blocks from the Houston St. 1 train. Five minute walk to the Prince St. NQRW station. Less than 10 mins walk to the W 4 St. station ABCDEFM and 6 train at Bleecker St.

Seeking a female subletter who works full time in-office, is respectful (doesn’t bring the party home), clean (shoes off kinda house - NY is gross lol!), enjoys grabbing a drink together and spends their weekends exploring the city.

About me, I’m 30 and work from home (my desk is in the living room). I spend most of my weeknights going to the gym, catching up on some favorite tv shows, or grabbing dinner with friends in the neighborhood. On the weekends, you can find me catching up on the boring stuff (laundry/errands), going to central park, meeting up with friends or having a friend over for some wine 🥂. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for two years and it just can’t be beat, great restaurants, shopping, drinks, is close to lots of public transportation, the west side highway and more.
