Sublet In Prime Newly Renovated SOHO Apartment

I'm looking to sublet my room in a beautiful 3rd Floor walkup (only two flights of easy stairs) apartment on Thompson Street - a PRIME location in SOHO! It?s an amazing, super convenient area - close to the subway, amazing outdoor restaurants / parks, bars and shopping.

The partially furnished room is available immediately (length of sublet is flexible, but prefer 4-5 months, potential to extend but wouldn't be able to confirm that until January). The room is partially furnished with a brand new mattress, bed frame, huge TV mounted in front of the bed, two dressers, carpet, a shoe rack in the closet, and air conditioner.

The landlords office is close by (also on Thompson just down a few blocks), so he always answers immediately and the office is extremely helpful to ensure our safety and happiness.

Rent is $1,900 per month (negotiable). Utility bill is usually around $25 and internet is the same - about $50 a month per person!

About My Current Roommate:
My current roommate is in her mid-20's, works most days in her office, is friendly, clean, respectful, social (but safe during Covid), pays on time, etc.
