Almost every gym available in the city is within a 10-min. walk. NYSC, Blink, 24-hour fitness, Equinox, etc.

About the apartment:
The apartment is 1 flight up to the 2nd floor of a 6-story walk-up. Recently renovated winged 2-bedroom with shared bath and kitchen/living. If you like to cook, plenty of counter space. Beautiful brick wall in common area. Hardwood floors throughout and nicely tiled bathroom and kitchen. All rooms, face the street so there's plenty of sunlight throughout the day!! AC unit in kitchen/living room. Wifi, basic cable TV and appleTV with netflix, hbo, hulu available.

About your room:
8'-5" x 7'-3" Big enough to fit a full-bed, wardrobe and small table. Window open to fire escape. Great view of street; plenty of light. Overhead lighting with ceiling fan. Cable-TV capable. Room comes furnished with single bed, wardrobe and mirror.

About me (your roommate):
I am friendly, laid back and social, 31 year old, professional female Architect. After a long day at work I like to relax when I'm home by watching TV/sleeping in my room. I work all day and sometimes until late at night depending on deadlines, so you'll have the apartment to yourself often. I'll go out for the occasional happy hour or dinner during the week and catch-up on sleep on the weekends. I like to keep the common/shared areas clean and neat and expect you to do the same.

About you:
Looking for a roommate who's financially responsible, considerate, friendly, social and laid back as well. Working professional female or student. Quiet, pays on time, takes care of things, is clean, picks up after themselves and respectful. Keeps the common areas tidy, but welcome to be as messy as you'd like in your bedroom. Doesn't bring the party home during the week. Friends are welcome with a heads-up. No live-in boyfriend/girlfriend.

The deal:
The entire lease is under my name, so you'd be subletting directly from me. No broker's fee. No credit check. This is a month to month agreement starting February 1st with 6-month minimum stay. First and last month's rent required to move in. One month deposit will be collected to take the room off the market should you decide to take the room; that deposit will act as your last month's rent. Rent due on the 1st of every month via Chase Quickpay or Venmo.
