A large bedroom in a true 2 BED 2 BATH available in the Octagon. The apartment has everything you need:

- Great flatmate :)

I am in the process of renewing my lease (to start on 15 Sep 2021) and can get you in by then or earlier to share this amazing unit at an under-market price. Similar but smaller units in the building were advertised for more than $5,300 now, so this is an absolute bargain.

The apartment is one of the biggest 2 bedrooms units in the complex sizing more than 1000sq ft in total, which would give us both enough room to be comfortable. It is overlooking the courtyard towards Manhattan, with a tranquil view of the river as well.

The living room and kitchen are fully furnished. All you need to bring is furniture for your bedroom. I can also provide a sofa bed for your room if you don't have a bed yet.

Bill will be split evenly between the two of us and these are the average amount I pay currently:
- Internet: $39.99 (fixed)
- Electricity: $40-$100 (depending on seasons)

About myself, I am a professional who works from home fully during this time. I enjoy baking, reading, listening to music/podcasts, or relaxing on some TV shows. I don't go out that often these days (sad), but I do have my cousin and her family coming to visit me every other week or so. I like to keep things tidy and organised.
