Giant bedroom with private bath in spacious apt

Giant bedroom available in spacious 3 bedroom apartment. The bedroom comes with its own private bathroom and shower. The room could comfortably fit a queen bed, couch, desk, and tv/entertainment unit. The shared living room space is also equally as large. In my 6 years living in New York I haven't found a more spacious apartment for this price.

The building is a luxury high rise with doorman, package service, laundry, and elevators located in the heart of murray hill. Easy access to the 6 train and Trader Joes right around the corner. Plenty of great food and outdoor dining nearby as well. Trader Joe's located just around the corner.

I will be moving out May 31st and the lease ends July 31st so you will need to commit to 2 months with the option to renew for the following year.

The other two roommates are very clean and professional people. We are looking for someone similar.
