Huge Apartment! Great vibes!!

We are located in Murray Hill, its a fourth floor walk-up located right next to the local 6 train. We all get along really well and are looking for a third roommate who is easy-going like us. Due to a change in job we are losing our third roommate, we love our apartment as it is the size of a condo. We each have closets and we are the top floor, so no noise above. No laundry in the building but right across the street there is one who delivers and is reasonably priced. We love our location as it is super quiet! We are both professionals who work a lot but sometimes enjoy nights in, very respectful of each others spaces and have two entire couches, one that turns into a full mattress for visitors (which we use very infrequently as we work a lot), there is so much space we used to have a third. We can fit any furniture that you wanted to bring. You could move in earlier if approved, and our roommate moving out is willing to leave furniture if the new renter wanted it. This is a fourth floor walk up but we have a full size fridge and unlimited counter/storage space. The room available currently has a queen in it but could easily fit a larger mattress or even a an additional couch inside the room. The size of our living room matches the size of the adjacent bedroom available. The closet is almost a walk in as there is a lot of space, plenty of furniture can fit.
