Hello. I'm moving out of the area and am looking for someone to take this apartment until the end of the lease (December 1st) with an option to renew. I can be flexible with the move in date and we will pro-rate the rent.

The Bedroom: You will have a large bedroom able to fit a King Size bed if desired. It is extremely well lit and you will have your own balcony overlooking the East River. The room will be largely furnished if desired. Yes, it is a flex but we have full-length walls up so you can't even tell.

The Apartment: We have a fairly spacious living room and an extremely comfortable wrap-around couch.

The Building: We live in View 34. (You can look it up online) There is a rooftop on the 36th floor with an observation room as well as grills, turf lawn, TV's and lounge areas. The building also has a full gym on the 3rd floor. The building has a place to do your own laundry or you can drop it off at the Valet for wash and fold to pickup the following day.

The Roommates: We are three guys in our late twenties who have all been living here together for the past year. We all love sports and keep things pretty quiet during the workweek but love to hang out and have friends over on the weekends.
