Large flex bedroom available in NoMad

Looking for a female in her 20s to fill 1 flexed bedroom available in a 3 bedroom apartment in NoMad! My bedroom is available as early as June 1, but move in date is flexible. Our lease is up August 31, so I am looking for someone to sublet my bedroom through the end of our lease, but the new tenant can also re-sign a 12 month lease starting Sep 1 if you?re looking for longer term! My available bedroom measures 10 x 18 feet, with two windows. I am willing to sell my bed frame, headboard, mattress, nightstand, and wardrobe all together for a reasonable price! The rest of the apartment is fully furnished! Our unit has 1 full bathroom, a full eat in kitchen, a large living room, and 12 ft ceilings! The building has an elevator, fob key for entrance with cameras in the lobby, live-in super, and laundry in the basement. We are located right next to the 6 train, and a short walk to Herald Square (B, D, F, M, N, Q, R, W trains) or Penn Station (A, C, E, 1, 2, 3 trains).
***There is another bedroom in our unit available as of July 1 for $1200. The bedroom is an internal room with no windows, with use of a large closet. If you and a roommate are looking for a longer term lease, my roommate and I will sublet our bedrooms through August 31, when the third, largest bedroom will then become available to fill for a 12 month lease.
