Hey guys, I know there aren't a lot of apartment hunters right now, but I have an incredible two-bed flex (temporary wall can come down free of charge for huge light-flooded living area) it's in a luxury high rise in the heart of midtown. It can come furnished or unfurnished (lease is up the end of September), and I am loathed to give it up, but I need to get back home to Australia indefinitely so the whole place could be yours! The apartment is in Windsor court on 31st in between lex and 3rd. Fantastic location, amenities, stores, and people. The apartment is about 700 square feet and has TONS of closet space. Rent is $3836, which is a total steal for the building and area. With bills and everything, it's never more than 4K! Flexible with rent costs as I just don't want to be paying the entire rent for somewhere I'm not living! Perfect place for a couple if you'd like to knock down the flex wall or two friends to share! My lease is up in September and management said whoever takes the apartment and wants to sign on will be paying $50 less per month. Until then whoever moves in will be an "occupant"
