Looking for a long-term sublet for half of this room from October 1 to July 15, 2020 (lease end), located at Murray Hill (34th and 1st) in a very luxurious building! The sublet is for a shared room and it is for the left side of this bedroom (white bed) and the apartment and the bedroom as a whole are very spacious! The room includes a personal bathroom inside, a closet for you, a room divider between the two beds and a very nice view of the Empire State! The building includes a gym, laundry room, a beautiful rooftop, a lounge upstairs and study lounges downstairs!

We are students at Baruch College (all male) and your side of the room comes furnished as shown in the pictures attached, and you can change/adjust it as you like Rent $1028 plus amenities (~$1100 per month including amenities). This apartment consists of 2 rooms like this one, and 2 smaller and you'd be living with friendly, respectful, outgoing students.

We just need a security deposit, no guarantors/credit check is required and we are willing to move FAST!
