Searching for a Roommate in Apt with Balcony

Hey there! Seeking 1 roommate (male or female) to fill 3 bedroom flex/1.5 bathroom apartment by August 1st. The apartment is on the 18th floor of a luxury building in Murray Hill (5 min walk to Grand Central). Gym, laundry on each floor, doorman, spacious roof deck (great views of city/Chrysler building+lounge/tanning chairs+picnic tables) and a glass enclosed rooftop pool. The room is a nice size and can fit a queen bed along with a dresser (or desk) and nightstand. The room has individual heater/air conditioning unit with a large window with good views and lighting along with walking closet outside the room. The room has direct access to a balcony we share and hangout mostly during summers. Kitchen has new appliances + dishwasher. Looking for someone ASAP

Building requires credit check and proof of income.

$100 application fee. Security deposit will be handled with our current third roommate who is moving out early.

Currently looking a roommate who is down to earth, like-minded professional. Must be clean (at least in the common areas).
