Brand New Large Luxury 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom!!

I am a 34 year-old male seeking a roommate (male or female) to move into the second bedroom of my two bedroom/two bathroom apartment at House39. This is brand new luxury apartment building in Murray Hill that is minutes from Grand Central.

This building is like living at a hotel and resort in the heart of NYC. Amenities include a full gym (with freeweights, treadmills, and Pelotons); rooftop with cabanas, grills, and hot tub; an indoor pool (open soon); a party room; a club room; a study/reading room; a game room with skeeball, video games, and ping pong; shuffleboard; etc.

The apartment is 30 floors up and has floor to ceiling windows in a large shared living room overlooking the East River. The shared living room will have a large television and couch in it upon your move-in. There is a new kitchen, with new appliances, and a dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer inside the apartment.

Your room comes with use of a 50 inch TV mounted on the wall, with cable already set up. The bedroom has a large two door closet and a window facing north. You will also have a brand new bathroom right outside your door which would be yours, as I have my own bathroom in the master bathroom. I also have a large storage unit downstairs where I keep my hockey equipment and can fit additional stuff that you would like to keep down there. The pictures of your room show a large sofa bed and chest of drawers in there - the sofa is now in the living room and you have the option of keeping a full size bed from my roommate (who is moving out because she got a job elsewhere).

I work long hours downtown, play ice hockey, and travel at least four times per month for work and to see family. I also am not in the apartment a lot as I spend 3-4 nights a week at my girlfriend?s apartment. No smoking and no drugs. I do not cook, I order Seamless usually, so I won't mess up the kitchen or have many dishes.

Please reach out and we can schedule a time to meet and see the building. I am seeking a flat $2,500/month, which includes rent, utilities, cable, amenity fee, and storage unit fee. There is a parking garage nearby but that would not be included within the price of rent. The room is available April 12, 2018, and the lease ends on September 28, 2018.
