My apartment is in a great part of Manhattan, is close to everything, and is easily accessible to anywhere in the city. Its very clean, quiet, and comfortable and is good for solo adventurers.

The apt is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom ground floor brownstone apartment.

The second bedroom is on the other side of the apartment from my bedroom and is very large, quiet and comfortable. It comes nicely furnished, or it can be empty if you have your own furniture. It has a very large walk-in closet.

We will share the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The apartment is nicely furnished and very very clean.

Guest access:
Roommate will have access to the whole apartment except my bedroom. I live in the apartment and am looking for a long term guest for my 2nd bedroom. I am working most of the time and when not working, and this Covid 19 nonsense ends, I am out taking advantage of what NYC has to offer. When I am home, I am usually relaxing in my bedroom.

Neighborhood overview:
My apartment is centrally located and very accessible to everything. I am three blocks from the Empire State Building, Macy's, and public transportation to anywhere in the city. I am within walking distance of Grand Central and if really into walking, Penn Station. There are a ton of really great restaurants and bars in my neighborhood, as well as dry cleaners, a 24 hour gym that does not require a membership, and within walking distance of Madison Square Park.

Getting around:
The apartment is close to all public transportation, subways, buses, Metro North, and is within walking distance of everything.
