86.25 square foot room available in fully furnished 1200 square foot apartment! Room shares a bathroom with one other roommate. Kitchen has washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Central heating & an AC unit in the living room. Three blocks from the 1 train and an 8 minute walk to the A/C train. Building management takes guarantors & has a live in super. Pets are okay. Move in July 1st! (May be able to move stuff in before this date.)

Walking distance to Columbia/Barnard, and a short train ride away from FIT, New School, & NYU. Plenty of bars and restaurants right around the corner! Also within short distance of Riverside Park & Central Park.

If you like eclectic style & decor, this is the apartment for you! Both roommates are students and working girls. We love hanging out in the common areas together, cooking, and relaxing. The room is open to any women or LGBTQ+ people. We prefer someone who likes to be friends with their roommates, as we have a very open and social space. The apartment is fully furnished, but we invite you to make the space your own as well. Guests are always welcome, and partners are okay to stay the night as well. Spirituality friendly.
