Brightly lit apartment on Broadway near 125th Street 1 train station, within walking distance from Columbia's Morningside Campus and Zuckerman Institute. 2 bathrooms, in-unit washer and dryer. Cozy and spacious living room. Two out of four bedrooms are currently free, and can be chosen amongst the roommates.

To me, one of the best things about this apartment, in addition to its location, is the washer and dryer - you no longer need to go to a basement laundry room or a laundromat. The building is quiet and neighbors nice and friendly.

Currently, the apartment is only occupied by me, but the new lease period starts on 8/1/2020. I am a postdoctoral fellow at the Zuckerman Institute, and the other roommate is working in Public Health. We are looking for female roommates in our age range who is responsible and tidy. My roommate and I get along very well, and it is important for us to feel at home in this apartment. We're looking forward to warmly welcoming two more roomies here!
