This is a single bedroom in a large 2BR/2BA apartment very close to Columbia, in Morningside Heights. I currently live in the smaller room, which costs $1,600/month, but would be willing to switch to the master, which is also available for $1,800/month.

This is a split apartment, so it is broken into two "wings", so it almost feels like 2 apartments. There is a large living space in the center. Comes with A/C, dishwasher, TV, and is partially furnished. Each bedroom has lots of closet space (master has a walk-in closet and bathroom in the room, the 2nd bedroom has bathroom right outside of the room).

We are on the top floor of a luxury, doorman building. W/D room on the first floor. This is a quiet, relaxed building on a relatively quiet street. Walking distance to Columbia university, which is just on the other side of Morningside Park, 2 blocks from the B/C train, and 6 blocks from the ABCD. Grocery store (Best Market) is on the same block.

About me: I am a 31 y/o male, working for a small start-up in financial consulting. I am pretty clean, pretty chill roommate and don't have people over too often, but am open to having the occasional gathering at the apartment. I am social, but also respect your space and quiet time, as I enjoy my own. I like to play basketball, make music, go out with friends, read, practice Spanish, travel, etc. You know, the usual!

Something Interesting About Me: Before moving to NYC two years ago, I spent 2 years backpacking around Latin America. I lived in Panama, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Peru. I did music production for a living before coming back and getting a "real job" (voice of my dad).
