(guarantors need to earn 80x rent and credit minimum of 660)

The rent is cheap considering the Morningside Heights area.

You are in one of the most historic parts of Manhattan and a short walking commute to a ton of great restaurants and bars in your area plus an easy subway commute to Midtown/Upper West Side.
