Large Room in Midtown East

Looking for someone to take over my room in a great 2-bedroom apartment in Midtown East / Turtle Bay. I'm relocating to Europe this summer as my work contract is ending, so I need someone to replace me on the lease (lease runs through October).

The basics: $2,020/month plus utilities. One month's security deposit. Move-in from July 10th, with flexibility around that date.

The room is spacious, with two large windows, and fully working AC. You'd share one bathroom with a single roommate.

The apartment itself is on the third floor of a 12-story building (with a rooftop terrace) and has a large common area connecting the kitchen and living room. There's a dishwasher in the kitchen, and a washing machine and dryer in the building.

Location is ideal if you want to live in a central area and close to Grand Central - Grand Central is under an 8-minute walk.
