I’ve lived in this apartment for over 3 years and absolutely love it but unfortunately have to move out on 3/31.
The apartment is a true 1 bedroom flexed into a 3 bedroom (this is one of the flex rooms). The flex rooms have true floor to ceiling walls and are fairly soundproof (ie it’s very hard to tell this apartment is even a flex).
This room has 2 giant closets located in the living room for storage.
Apartment has all new appliances and renovated fixtures. The building also has a 24/7 doorman, elevator, and rooftop.
Current 2 roommates are in their mid-20s working in fashion and marketing. They’re easy-going, friendly, and respectful. We keep the place generally fairly clean and share the responsibilities.
