1 bedroom w/summer discount in Midtown East

Hi! I?m looking for someone to take over my lease starting mid July. I?m offering my bedroom in Midtown East, of a two bedroom one bathroom apartment. The description of everything that the apartment has is below. I can leave it furnished if you want for an additional fee.

The apartment is on the fourth floor of a walk-up building. The unit was renovated in 2017 and includes hardwood floors, granite kitchen counter tops, new dishwasher, fridge and freezer, new porcelain bathtub with shower, new toilet, sink and white marble floor. There is a small living room with enough space for a television, pullout, L-shape couch, and a dining table with chairs. There are two giant closets in the living room with shelving, and a rod for hanging clothing. The unit is a big 1/1 that was flexed. The flexed room has high ceilings, and fits a queen size bed plus a desk and armoire. It has two big windows, so lots of natural light is let in. The flexed wall can also be taken down to create and enormous living space. The lease start date can be as early as July 13, but is flexible thru September 1. Building management will require credit check and proof of income are required. Water and heat are included.
