Looking for a female housemate to fill the master suite in this spacious two-bedroom apartment. It includes a private bathroom (with bath/shower), walk-in closet, and another separate closet. Shared balcony with the flatmate. As well as modern kitchen and living areas. The house is fully furnished. The room can come furnished with a bed, side table, couch and draws if needed. The room is large and extremely sunny - rare for New York. The room also has a heater/AC unit.

24hour doorman, laundry in the building, and parking garage.

Preferable move in on 1 April or a week or so later, but flexible on the dates for the right housemate. The lease is until 31 July.

Rent is $2500 each month. The bond is also $2500. Rent includes water. Electricity and internet are separate (which are around $25 and $30 each).

Open to students or young professionals. You would be living with a student who also works. Wanting someone who is clean, tidy, mature and respectful. Would be perfect short-term for someone say with an internship! Or before finding another place!
