There is a place to keep your things as well, but no desk or anything more other than just the sleeping area. Rent is super cheap, all utilities included, and location is midtown Manhattan. Available now or Dec 1.

- The location is 54th street and Lexington, 1-3 minute walking distance of 9 trains 4,5,6, N,Q, R,F, E,M and can be anywhere in Manhattan in a few minutes.
- There is high speed wireless internet available (500mbps).
- Elevator and laundry in the building, however the apartment is on the 2nd floor only making using the steps easy (one flight!).
- The bathroom is gorgeous black granite counter topped and marble floored. Kitchen and bathroom recently renovated.
- Roommates are one male (29, medical school) and one female (25, business school)
