Bedroom in 2 Floor apt. with private roof

Apartment is 2 floors with 2 bedrooms on main floor and 3rd on 2nd floor. 2nd floor has access to private roof (only our apartment has access to).

Open bedroom is on main floor with two closets (1 walk-in), shelf space in both room and closet with room for more to be installed if needed. Main floor bathroom is shared with 1 other roommate (upstairs has own bathroom). There is significant outdoor space on main floor fire escape as well.

Main floor has kitchen with full amenities including full pot/pan set, cutlery, plates, cups, blender, toaster, coffee machine, water boiler, microwave. Floor also features living room with 2 couches (we are looking to add a 3rd couch), large 4K TV.

2 existing roommates (myself being one of them) are two young professionals, age 24 and 26, who went Brown U and NC State and currently work in finance. Our third roommate is on to live with his girlfriend and we are looking to renew our lease with a new tenant. Rent is $1,700 ex utilities and would require a $1,700 security deposit. I?ve lived in the apartment for 2 years and couldn?t be happier.
