We have the large master bedroom opening up on January 1 (can be flexible) in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Midtown East. In a fully amenity doorman building (laundry, gym, concierge).

Location: Midtown east on 2nd Avenue, 5 min walk to E/M/6 trains.

Rent: $2350 (negotiable). We also have a smaller room (also with a private balcony) that is available as well (we would do a swap).

Bedroom: Huge room (like your own studio), own bathroom, two big closets (one walk-in, other is double sliding doors), enough room for a king bed, night table, couch, TV, desk. Lots of light, large floor to ceiling window.

Also has a small private balcony (two large glass sliding doors leading to the balcony).

Apartment: 3 bedroom / 2 bathrooms (you will have your own bathroom). We have a large living room, dining room, kitchen area. The common areas are fully furnished with a couch, coffee table, dining table, large screen TV, desk etc. Large living room and separate dining area. Modern kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge.

Apartment is on the 15th floor in a doorman building with laundry and a gym.

Roommates: Two laid back guys both working in finance. We both aren't home much and keep the apartment quiet. Looking for someone who is professional, clean, and doesn't bring the party home.
