I will be leaving the city and am looking to find someone to take over my room with my two great roommates and our two even greater dogs.

The apartment: Large 3 bedroom located in a doorman building on a quiet tree lined street. The building has elevators, on site washers/dryers, and is within walking distance of pharmacies, bodegas, restaurants, bars, grocers, etc. It was renovated just before we originally moved in about two years ago so all appliances and surfaces are new and in great condition. The shared living space is fully furnished.

The room: It comfortably fits my full size bed, desk, dresser, bookshelf, and other small items, with plenty of space to spare. It has windows on two walls, gets fantastic natural light, and remains very quiet, facing west into the courtyard behind our building. Also has a large closet. You'll be sharing the bathroom with one other roommate. The room will not be furnished. (Please ignore the messiness in the room in the pics here - I am in the process of organizing to move out.)

The other roommates: The two roommates are responsible, respectful, clean, and all around decent guys in their late 20s. One is a lawyer at a local law firm and the other works as a voice actor.

Other important info: There will be two dogs living in the apartment. They are very well behaved and house broken. We all currently share in the responsibilities of taking care of them and are looking for someone who is happy to put in their fair share of walking the dogs as well.
