Hello, I am a 36 year old male who lives in a 3 bedroom with a 27 year old male. The 3rd bedroom is available and we are looking to fill for a September 1 move in. The apartment is on 58th and 1st, Manhattan. Great location. 10 minute walk from 59th/53rd and lexington green line/yellow/blue line. TraderJoes right across the street, Whole Foods 2 blocks away, drug store right across the street as well. Quiet neighborhood. Rent is $4200, divided by 3, plus utilities (Cable, Internet, Electric, Poland Spring Water). Total ranges from $1500-$1550. We would need you to put security and last months rent down as a deposit. There is no legal lease with the building, we are month to month (which we personally think is great). We are looking to fill the room until Jan 1st, 2024, but most likely longer. Please message me if you are interested.
