Small Room in Hell's Kitchen (utilities included)

Hi,
I am sub-letting the small room in my Hell's Kitchen apartment. Looking for at least a 6 month commitment. Non smoking apartment, laundry in the building. No pets and no couples please. The room is pretty small and comes with a twin size bed. However, there is a lot of storage area inside the room because there are built in shelves and a cabinet as well as a built in closet.
The apartment is located in the heart of Hell's Kitchen on 49th Street and 9th Avenue near all the restaurants, bars and stores. You will be sharing the apartment (the kitchen, the living room area and the single bathroom) with me. My current roommate is going back to his country this month.
I am looking for someone to move in on June 1 (although the room will be available starting May 15 if you would like to move in earlier). First month's rent ($1,275) and a security deposit ($1,275) is required to move in. You can pay first month's rent on your move in date but I will need to receive the security deposit ahead of time to secure your spot. All utilities (electricity, WiFi) are included in the monthly rent.
