Hi there! My roommate Sidney and I are looking for a third roommate as our current roommate has moved back to Hong Kong. The room is listed as large and small as size can be subjective.. it's only one room that's available. It can come furnished or not.
We live in a recently renovated condo building on 53rd st and 8th ave, that has a doorman, gym, sauna, as well as rooftop and garden decks. We also have a parking garage that charges a lower rate and others in the city, if you have a car like Sid. Our unit also comes with a dishwasher and laundry in unit (life saver).
Sid works in financial services and I'm in consulting. We're both very considerate and clean. I enjoy skiing, reading, cooking, wine and whiskey, soulcycle and the city.
