Hi ladies! We have a great room (12x12 feet) available in a luxury apt building in Herald Square (Herald Towers is the building). Need someone to sign onto/take over lease starting Oct 15-Nov 2021 (start date flexible). About the room and apt:
-The room is cozy, 12x12, converted, but has FULL floor-to-ceiling walls.
- Room Furniture is in great condition (one time payment of $600 if you choose to take over the lease).

Comes with bed frame, slatted base and storage box, a large 4-drawer dresser, and full size bed w/mattress! They are all from the same collection- IKEA HEMNES series. Room also includes a full body mirror, garbage bin, storage bins, shoe rack, chair with pillows, and extension cords. With this room you will also get a closet, hangers and storage included as shown in the picture.

In the apt, there is a nice-sized kitchen and the bathroom is clean and spacious. There is also a small table in the common area where people can sit/eat. There is no formal living room area. Utilities + internet run no more than ~$60/month per person.

About the building: Luxury building right in the heart of Herald Square! Has 24 hour concierge/doorman, elevator bank, package depot, full floor fitness center, large laundry facility, NEWLY RENOVATED lounge, rooftop/ rooftop lounge, and cleaning service on the first floor.

The building is located literally outside the BDFM + WNQR trains and 1-2 blocks from 123 + ACE lines. Right by Penn Station, Macy's, Koreatown and more.

About the roommates: Two ladies (late 20s/early 30s) who are full time working professionals. Clean, respectful, friendly and easy-going. Cats allowed (no dogs)

Please ensure you make 40x your portion of rent. $20 application processing fee + 1 month security deposit required at lease signing by the Building.
