We are looking for a roommate to join our lease, starting from July 1st. It?s a duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms and a large studio with a bedroom, own living room, and a private bathroom on the lower level.
The apartment is located in Hell?s Kitchen, one block away from C/E train (50th Street), and within 5 minutes walk from other trains (1, A, N, Q, R, B, D, F, M). It?s an unbeatable location with everything you need within 5 minutes walk, including gym, Whole Foods, Central Park, Times Square, riverside walk, restaurants, and bars.
The current roommates are two guys and a girl in their early 30s. The main requirements we have, is absolutely no smoking in the house, someone with $50-60k yearly income proof to qualify for the apt., a standard one-month deposit that goes to the management at the time of signing the lease.
