An extra-large private room is available in Midtown East.

I am relocating back to the UK and unfortunately have to give up my fabulous room in this stunning two bedroom apartment.

The room is the master bedroom with two very large closets - one being a walk-in! & can come furnished for no extra costs or conversely, I can leave it completely clear.

The apartment is in a doorman, elevator building where there are always two doormen on at a time - they're great for collecting and retuning your RTR! There is also laundry in the basement or a fabulous wash and fold next door (they collect and drop off your clothes in the same day).

Everything is modern in the apartment with a newly renovated bathroom.

My current roommate is a professional working in finance in the city - she's lovely and enjoys a glass of wine and hanging out. She never brings the party home and is very respectful of noise and privacy.

Words and photos don't do this amazing space justice - I?m sad to say goodbye to this apartment and city.

Move in date is completely flexible but I'm due to fly back in April, so would like to have everything in order before I depart.

The building does require a good credit score and 40x the rent to obtain approval.
