$1950 Room available in 3 story Nomad Penthouse

We have 1 bedroom available starting October 22nd

Location:

Our apartment is located in Nomad (28th and Madison) and is incredibly convenient with the 6 train, R/W trains, bus stops along Madison Avenue and Madison Square Park (incl. Shake Shack) all within a 3 minute walk of the place. You can probably walk to work if you work in the Flatiron or Midtown area. We are surrounded by restaurants and bars near the Flatiron and Murray Hill, as well as walking distance to Trader Joe's, Kips Bay cinemas,
and Penn station.

The Apartment:

Our place is on the 8th floor (w/ elevator). The building is on 28th and Madison.

The penthouse is 3 stories connected by a spiral staircase:

? First floor has 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen (includes dishwasher) and a half bathroom.

? Second floor is the common area, which includes a large living room, walk in closet (which you will have access to), full bathroom and a huge terrace.

? Third floor has 2 more bedrooms (including the room available)

The room for rent is on the top floor of the penthouse and is the biggest room in the apartment. The room has a skylight and fireplace along with the privilege of two entrances, including access to a balcony that has a great view of the Empire State Building. There are also views of the New York Life building from the apartment as well.

The building has a mail room with two large closets for packages, and there is a very convenient laundry room in the basement. We also have a super that lives in the building and is very helpful and responsive.

Roommates/You:

We are looking for someone that is respectful, financially stable and overall pleasant to be around. We work in finance and will have friends over from time-to-time, but
generally take it easy during the week.

Rent will be $1,950 (we all pay the same thing), plus 1/4 of electric bill, 1/4 of a monthly cleaning/housekeeping bill ($30), and 1/4 cable bill (TWC).

The Security Deposit is $1950 (Due when you decide to secure the apartment) and the rent for November will be due on November 1st.

The room will be available on October 22 and the rent will be prorated to $625 for the remainder of the month if you decide to move in on that date.

This is roughly for a one year sublease which will end on October 31, 2020.
