The Roomates: I am a working professional in my late twenties, normal schedule, extremely clean, quiet and considerate, but sociable. I have people over very rarely and when I do it is kept to a small group and maybe just a quick meetup, no parties or large gatherings. Other roommate works in Finance and also just does his own thing.

We are looking for someone who is respectful and considerate of each other's space and overall environment. A clean and hygienic person is a must. Please be tidy (clean up kitchen and dishes after use, etc.). Someone who doesn't mind conversing but also has a life very much of their own.

*This would be a sublet, but person must be able to prove steady income. Deposit includes security and last months rent. Available September 1st, but if we find the right person that needs more time, October 1st would be the latest. We are looking for someone long term. If it works out next year the person would have option to resign lease (must have good credit).
