I currently live in a wonderful sun-drenched duplex with tons of living space and privacy for each person. Someone is moving out sadly! The room can come furnished or unfurnished. It is large, could fit a queen (maybe a king!). There is also a large area outside your room that is completely yours to use. Finally, there are THREE ways to enter and exit this apt, with a separate entrance for your room.

Hell's kitchen has a fantastic variety of restaurants, perhaps the best selection of all cuisines in one neighborhood. We have extremely affordable food markets and high-end health food stores as well. There are gyms at every price point in the neighborhood too. Finally, it is 2 minutes to the C, E train and less than 10 minute walk to every other train in Manhattan with easy transfer.
