Almost Live Alone in Safe, Fabulous Hell's Kitchen

Ad ref# 100591489

This is a GREAT apartment, 5th floor walk-up (aka best shape of your life) in the heart of Manhattan, close to Times Square, Central Park, and virtually every subway line. It's a safe neighborhood, 24/7, walkable, with a million markets, bars, flower stands, restaurants, theatres steps away. I am rarely in town, so most of the time you'll have the place entirely to yourself. When I'm in town, for theatre work or stand up comedy gigs, I convert the front living room into my space, and divide it by way of a screen. You still have tons of privacy, full access to the bathroom (which is just off of your room) and the kitchen. It's a set up that works really well, and we'll probably still run into each other very rarely. There is an amazingly comfortable bed/mattress in your room (unless you'd like it moved, in which case the room fits a queen bed nicely), some shelves, and a closet for your things. It's an awesome deal, in one of the most desirable areas in Manhattan.
