1st floor walk up, recently renovated. Shared spaces include a bathroom and TV, couch and chair, along with a washer/dryer, dishwasher and oven. The room to be rented includes a queen-sized bed, chest of drawers, table, chair, air conditioner, lamp, mirror and TV. The apartment has high-speed Wifi.

Excellent Location

The location is walking distance to Columbus Circle, Central Park, as well the restaurants and bars in Hell?s Kitchen. It is north enough to be out of the hustle and bustle of Hell?s Kitchen while being convenient. Close subway stops (within five minute walk) include BD, ACE, 12, NQR.

Mike is a gay male who works in marketing and is a part time grad student at NYU. He is occupying the other room.
