We have a bedroom coming available in a beautiful 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on August 19th in a prime Hells Kitchen location. $1595 all bills included!

* Building is a 5 story, older walk-up with access to the rooftop.
* Room is 100 square feet with 2 medium size dressers, bookshelves, AC window unit and a small closet.
* Can remain furnished or made vacant for your things. Preferably want to keep it furnished but willing to accommodate.
* Room has one window but it faces the building next door so only a little natural light.
* Access to kitchen, 1 shared bathroom, and comfortable living room / dining room area.
* Brand new 55" 4K ultra high def curved screen tv.
* ALL bills included. Water, gas, electricity, super fast wifi, and extensive cable including HBO - Showtime - Cinemax.
* Laundry facility on site
* 5 minute walk to Times Square and all of the Broadway shows.
* 5 minute walk to Columbus Circle & beautiful Central Park.
* 5 minute walk to most ALL subway lines in the city.

Us:

* Two single gay men in the city. One has lived in this apartment for 15 years, the other is brand new to the city.
* One travels for work every Thursday-Sunday
* Fun, outgoing, yet responsible and enjoy our quiet time.

You:

* Preferably Gay or Gay-friendly, but open to anyone who is smart, sensible and fun to be around.
* Outgoing with ambition and have a job or means to pay rent on time. Preferably 6 month or 12 month term. (negotiable)
* Super clean and respectful of other's things. We like the apartment to stay "visitor ready" at all times when it comes to cleanliness.
* Nonsmoking apartment, but there's a rooftop for that.
