-A Two (2) Bedroom Apartment in a Luxury (24-Hour) Doorman Building in Midtown, Manhattan. Each Room is approx: 400 Sq Ft with lots of closet Space.

-Verizon FiOS High-Speed Wifi
-Heat/Water/Gas/Included in the rent, Bills each Roommate is responsible for are the Electric & Verizon Wifi Bills
(Both bills for the entire apartment comes to $70.00/month each, so that can be split in three or two ways depending on the number of roommates living there each month.)
-Full kitchen stocked with everything you need including, DISHWASHER, JUICER, TOASTER, BLENDER, and more.

-FULL Bathroom with a window, full-length mirror, and an illuminated makeup mirror attached to the wall. With a blow-dryer we have already there.
-CLEANING SUPPLES is FULLY STOCKED to since we used to use this apartment for Airbnb!

-24-Hour Doorman Building
-Elevator Building (6) Elevators, so you never wait.
-GYM / Rooftop (with lawn chairs) / Dance Studio (which has free yoga classes each week.) The Gym is NO ADDITIONAL FEE, it is included in the rent!

-Secure Package Delivery Area: where all deliveries/packages go, you can pick them up anytime from 8am-10pm
-Dry Cleaning, on the Ground Floor of the building.
-Second Entrance, Located on 33rd Street.
-Separate Freight Entrance on 33rd Street if you are moving in furniture.

2) Bedroom B: 400 sq, AC or Heat, Giant Windows, FULLY FURNISHED Room, and Two Closets. Furnishings in this Room include: Queen Size Bed, Twin Size Bed, Two Couches (one is a sofa bed too fro friends visiting) Speakers, Sheets, Towels, Pillows, one Love seat, a Bookshelf, Floor Lamps, Portable Dining Tables, Coffee Table, a Wine Rack, Desk, Vanity Makeup Area, Night Stand w/ lots of room outlets.

Entire Apartment SQ FT: 1025 Sq Ft.

Minimum Stay: 1 Month (you can stay as long as you need. Yet, this is a month to month rental, and we need a 30 Day notice before departure!)

Option to EXTEND: Up to a year and a half from now.

Requirements:

-Rent is Due on the 3rd of every month.
-NO LEASE no obligations or hassles, you signing a "Co-Occupant" Form, it's easy, ONE FORM THATS IT!
-No CREDIT CHECK required, but we will need to make sure you can pay the rent. So you can provide us pay stubs, OR two (2) months rent up front, or a reference from your current job.
***STUDENTs: student or self- employed are Welcome, we will work out an agreement with you!
-One (1) Month's Security Deposit upfront. This will be returned to you one you leave the apartment, or decide to extend the lease.

34th Street & 6th Avenue. It is a Prime Location! Not only does it have great transportation close by (Subways right outside: N/R/Q/W, F/M/B/D.
The New Jersey PATH Train. Also, the 1/2/3 and 6 trains are very close too!) PENN Station & Madison Square Garden are one Avenue away. MACY's is literally across the street, as well as many other stores!

WHO: If you are a couple, great! If you are two ROOMMATES, that's awesome! Or just by yourself, we welcome anyone!
