On weekdays and most weekends, you'd have our spacious midtown one-bedroom all to yourself. Your large private furnished bedroom (12' x 15') adjoins the one bath, and has two nice step-in closets and queen sized bed with a memory foam topper.
The apartment is in a great location, doorman building, has lots of windows, and is homey ? wood floors, built in shelves, great closets, deep bathtub. It's steps to the High Line, Hudson Yards, and convenient to all transportation.
I'm only in town a few Sundays and/or Mondays per month, and when I am, I stay in the 12' x 18' living room (which converts to my studio with the help of a murphy bed). So even when I'm there, each of us has a private space - and we share the separate kitchen and bathroom. When I'm not in town the living room is, of course, accessible for your use.
In general, I work from upstate with my family. I prefer a female professional who works outside the home and would like a convenient midtown location and who will be respectful of our city home and neighbors.
