Room For Rent In Meatpacking District

Hi,

I am looking for someone to take my room for the last bit of my lease. It ends July 31st and my current subletter moves out June 27. The security deposit would be one month. The location is amazing- it is on the border of the West Village and Chelsea so the opportunites are endless. There are all the perks of the West Village- restaurants, bars, etc and fun of Chelsea- happy hours, museums, etc. The Whitney, Highline, Chelsea Market, and Hudson River Park are all within two block. My room is the smallest so you will pay the least rent, however it fits a full bed and either a dresser or small desk as you can see from my photos. It is very cozy and comfortable and away from all the other rooms so you get the most privacy. I can send you a video if you like- I am hoping to fill asap. I myself have lived with 4 subletters and we have all been good friends and roommates. There is laundry in building and an elevator.
