1 fully furnished private bedroom available in 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom Harlem Apartment. 3rd floor walk up (nobody above you), great neighbors, great landlord. Current roommates are a college student and a working professional.

I lived in this apartment for 8 years when I was in the city and have so much love for it! Message me if you want to join an awesome group of people that live in this building. I'm still the leaseholder because I can't let it go, but need to find someone great to live in it.

Location: Harlem, 129th st and 5th Ave. Walkable to 2,3 express and 4,5,6 trains as well as metro north. Lots of great restaurants in the area as well as shopping. Whole Foods just a few blocks away on 125th street. Building is located next door to a cute community garden. Short walking distance to Marcus Garvey Park - they have a great dog park there! And Central Park North is walkable distance as well. Honestly my favorite part of Central Park. And yes it's a safe area I walked home alone at 11pm every night from the train after work.

The Room - Large bedroom. Comes fully furnished with a full sized / double bed, large dresser, mirror, and bookshelf. Plenty of extra space.! Shares a bathroom with just one other roommate. Closet is decent sized. Room is quiet because its in the back of apartment away from noise.

The washer/dryer for the apartment is in the bedroom. Other roommates will mutual work out available times to access washer and dryer that is convenient to you. Have never had past issues with having the washer and dryer in the room, just makes it super convenient. No need to carry laundry downstairs or to a laundry mat. Major game changer!

The Apartment - 3 BR and 2 Full Bath. The apartment has 2 male roommates currently living in the other rooms. Kitchen and living room are shared and furnished. Its on the 3rd floor of a 3 floor walk up. Nobody above you and there is rooftop access. The building itself has 2 other apartments and everyone is awesome, often hosting pot-lucks and group gatherings (covid safe).

Pets are welcome as long as approved.

Rent is $1150 a month - includes all utilities, internet, cable. $1000 security deposit required. Lease can be month to month or longer.
