The unit is a spacious and sunny 4 bedroom apt, with a large living room space, big windows, high ceiling, and fireplace; large bathroom and fabulous spacious kitchen, with all new appliances.
Utilities are Conedison and Spectrum Cable (which we have internet, and all the prime channels), everything is included with the rent.
The room is very bright and large and has a private spacious closet.
Rent is $1,150 plus a month of a security deposit and utilities are all included.
