We're seeking a third roommate to fill an empty room for August 1st 2021 who will be required to sign a one-year lease. The room rents for $1278 + Electricity and internet (Which is usually around $45/month per person) The Room is approximately 12 by 12 with a full-sized closet

The Place:

The apartment is located in a high-rise and is airy, with 3 Bedrooms that features a full bath and half bath, as well as large common areas. Since we face both East and West, with lots of windows, we get a lot of light throughout the entire day as well as great air-flow (we don't even run ACs because of it). The apartment shares views with the Hudson river and over into Jersey as well as Broadway and beyond. Our Kitchen features stainless appliance with a full-sized fridge, gas-stove, dishwasher, and microwave. We have 500 Mbit internet that clocks in around 800Mbit.

The room you'll be taking over is nice and big, with useful space, as well as a full-sized closet and space for a wall-mounted AC unit.
