The apartment has three bedrooms, and we are looking for a clean, financially stable, and sane roommate to join the two already occupying the other rooms. Utilities average about $65-$105 per month.
The building is situated in a lively part of the Lower East Side. The new Essex Market Line and Trader Joe’s are only a block or two away, and the F, J, M, and Z train station is at the end of the street (Essex/Delancey stop).
