The room:
-Sun-filled flexed bedroom with AC
-South facing with 2 large windows (plenty of sunlight)
-Can fit queen bed, dresser and desk
-No closet in bedroom but there is a very large closet in the hallway exclusively used for the person in this bedroom. There is also an additional large coat closet shared with the other roommates.
The apartment:
-3 bedrooms
-Large kitchen with plenty of cabinet and counter space
-Full size fridge and gas oven
-Full bathroom with tub
The roommates:
2 females in their mid 20s- one working full time from home and other roommate is a law student. Both are super nice and easy to get along with!
The location:
On the corner of Rivington and Allen, we are so close to many restaurants and shops downtown. Very close to the F train and a couple more blocks to the J, M, Z.
Cost:
$1235 per month + utilities ( electric and internet)
