Yes my apartment is still available, I posted this ad late in the month so please continue to respond!

I'm a female looking for a new roommate, move in Oct 1st possibly a few days earlier. My current roomie is relocating, we survived COVID together working from home 24/7 so more than ever I'm a really chill, easy going, roommate!

It's a lovely apartment with high ceilings, great light and it's super quiet. The bedroom is furnished with a new full size bed and mattress and metro shelves. It is a proper bedroom, with a large window and SE light (no half walls etc) and in Realtor lingo referred to as a Full Size bedroom as it fits a full size bed, it's like a sweet hotel room in the center of the city. It's perfect for a student, someone new to the city with not a lot of stuff, although there is also plenty of shared storage space.

I'm looking for someone who leads a busy happy life, wants to live in a great location and have a peaceful, safe retreat to come home to. Apt is a 5 floor walk up (skip the gym fees!) wide, easy stairs. Fantastic neighborhood, make the most of great shops, Trader Joes’s, Target, Movies, deli's, galleries, restaurants, laundry all within a block. It’s a lively and safe neighborhood and it has bounced right back from COVID. One block from F/J/M/Z Delancey/Essex and easy access to all transportation.

I work for a creative agency. I'm up early, work long hours and home is my sanctuary. I'm looking for a peaceful, happy, DRAMA FREE, responsible, reliable person that get's the whole roommate experience. Buys toilet paper, cleans up after themselves and knows how to make it work. Someone who enjoys life but doesn't bring the party home (very important) please don't respond if you don't get the shared dynamic. Socialize outside the Apt. home is home.

I have a dog a mini Poodle, very well behaved, no barking, hypo-allergenic! So dog lovers only. No other pets, sorry.

One months fully refundable security deposit required to secure apartment plus first months rent on move in.
Utilities are not included, but run approx. $80-$100 depending on season. Higher in summer with AC, AC's are energy all savers.
