Summary: 2 months of FREE RENT is offered on the remaining 10 months of the lease (Ends at end of June 2021). The actual rent is $1,675 a month, but the rent discount makes the net effective rent ~$1340 a month if you move in during September. The rent is for the bedroom as well as a full PRIVATE BATHROOM. Room can be furnished at no extra cost if desired.

Move-In Date: FLEXIBLE AND IMMEDIATE IN AUGUST/SEPTEMBER

The Bedroom/Bathroom: The bedroom itself is 9 feet by almost 13 feet, and can fit a queen or king bed very comfortably. The bedroom also comes with a closet, as well as a small nook for a small shelf. The bathroom is very sizable for NYC at roughly 6 feet by 6 feet.

The Apartment: The apartment is a true 3 BD and 2 BR. The apartment is roughly 600 sq ft. Appliances in the apartment include stainless steel fridge and oven/microwave, and a washer/dryer. Apartment includes a virtual doorbell.

The Roommates: The roommates are two males in their mid-20's that have 9-to-5 jobs in the tech industry. They are currently work from home full-time but are very considerate of how everyone works during the day. They are very laid-back, responsible, and considerate.

The Building: The building is very quiet with an elevator and recently built in a quieter part of LES (Pitt Street). The superintendent of the building is super-friendly and is at the apartment building daily (although he doesn't live there).

The Neighborhood: The apartment is about a 6-7 min walk from the Delancey/Essex F/M/J/Z station, which can take you quickly to Williamsburg, FiDi, and Midtown. The apartment is a 5-10 minute walk away from all of the legendary bars in LES. The apartment is also a short walk away from the East River and the Williamsburg Bridge which is great for socially distant walks/workouts. There is a Citi Bike station a block away. There is a Trader Joe's/Target/CVS about a 5 minute walk away, as well as a Key Foods 10 minutes away, and a Whole Foods 15 minutes away.

Other Details: Utilities are ~$50-60 a month (internet + ConEd). The last video shown was a video tour of the apartment before we moved in to show the entire apartment setup.
