1 bedroom LeS apartment looking for female

Hey All,

I have an opening in a 2 bedroom apartment only two people including you, the available room is medium sized and in a great location in LeS for move in 1st of June.

$1550 which includes heat and water.
The bedroom has excellent light and is East facing overlooking the street, it comes with two massive built in wardrobes located in the lounge room that are both yours.
The lounge room has a window that brings nice natural light which is rare, the layout has bedrooms at either end of the apartment.

The building is nice and maintained, has an elevator, minimal noise and street smells as it?s on the 5th floor, live in super.
I have lived here for 2.5 years and love the area & space.
I work full-time, enjoy a nice house vibe but also my own space, partial to a drink every now and again but very respectful of others space.
Would like someone who keeps a nice house.
Looking for a like minded female to balance the space, respectful and the ability to clean up after themselves.
Bills are usually around $150 per month so $75 each.
MUST be able to sign a 10 month lease 1st of August and have all relevant proof and documentation.
