Bedroom with Terrace in a 3br/1ba in LES

My apartment is in LES and about 20 mins walking from NYU campus. Our apt is 3br/1ba. My roommate and I are looking for someone to fill the 3rd vacant bedroom. We are both NYU seniors and former NYU soccer players.

- fits a twin or full bed as well as a dresser and desk (i can send a floorplan)

- furnished terrace overlooking a private garden off the room. It's a great place to hang out and a nice quiet space.
- independent heating + ac

Apartment:
- Living room: TV, couch, xbox, bar, etc
- Kitchen: All appliances including dishwasher, ample cabinet space, dishes pots pans etc, kitchen table + chairs
- Bathroom with good storage

Building:
- Great location, within 2 mins walking of: Trader Joes, Target, Essex market, Duane Reade, B, D,J, F&M trains, Lots of bars + nightlife
- Laundry room in building
- Easy walk up (2nd floor) and also an elevator
- 2 furnished rooftops with unobstructed views of entire skyline
- Quiet, safe, + clean building with a good super

I feel lucky to have this apartment. it is a really great space at a good price.

I'd like to get things figured out as soon as possible and ideally you would move in September 1st, but the apartment could even be available a bit sooner if needed.
This is not a sub-lease, you would just add your name to our lease with the building.
There's also some chance you could buy the bedroom furniture from the guy that's leaving the apartment.

Rent (1385) + (1/3)utilities + (1/3)wifi is usually about 1500/person/mo
