My roommate is heading to Grad school so I need a new roommate! I am an Engineering Project Manager here in the city and I typically keep fairly normal hours. I like to exercise and keep my evenings busy, but on weekdays I like having a calm environment to come home to. I'm fairly to myself most evenings but pretty easy to get along with. On weekends I try my best to get out of the city, especially in the summer months.
The apartment is a two bedroom one bathroom on the Lower East Side/Chinatown Border. In Spring 2018 the entire apartment was renovated, so everything is less than a year and a half old. The room is tight (7'x10'), but there is space for a queen bed, which my old roommate had before he moved out. The room comes with closet bars seen in the photos, but you can feel free to toss them if you don't want them.
The landlord is a family friend, and takes good care of the place. He lives in the building and is very responsive, however issues have been few and far between.
Utilities, including wifi and Hulu Live, are included in rent.
